Code of Conduct
Students of Don Bosco School Itanagar are expected to uphold the values of honesty, respect, and responsibility at all times. The following guidelines help create a safe, disciplined, and joyful learning environment for everyone.
General Behaviour
- Show respect to all staff, classmates, and visitors, irrespective of background or belief.
- Use polite language; avoid rude words, teasing, bullying, or any form of violence.
- Keep the school campus clean; protect school property and report any damage immediately.
Attendance and Punctuality
- Attend school regularly and be on time for the assembly and all classes.
- Submit leave applications countersigned by parents/guardians for unavoidable absences.
- Avoid taking leave on test days or before examinations except for serious reasons.
Uniform and Discipline
- Wear the prescribed school uniform neatly and with pride on all working days.
- Follow the rules regarding hair style, accessories, and personal grooming.
- Carry the school diary daily and produce it when requested by teachers or authorities.
Use of Technology
- Use computers, tablets, and the internet only for under supervision.
- Mobile phones and electronic gadgets are not permitted unless explicitly allowed by the school.
- Any misuse of social media that harms the reputation of the school or individuals will invite strict action.
